The 7th Annual UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year Competition 2018 will open for paper entries in December.
All competitors must be 21 years of age or under at the time of the final.
A team consists of 2 chefs and 1 front of house.
Each team can be guided in advance of competing by a nominated mentor.
A maximum of 10 teams from all the paper entries will be selected for the semi finals.
Five teams will then be selected for the Grand Final.
All five teams and their mentors selected for the Grand Final will have complementary tickets for the 21st Anniversary of The Skills for Chefs Conference on 4th & 5th July. 2018. These tickets inlcude accommodation, networking dinners & the Gala Dinner were the winners will be announced.
